Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By using the 1152 website or platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms form a legal agreement between 1152 and its users. Registering an account, participating in any game or betting service, and conducting payment transactions on the platform are all governed by these Terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Providing accurate name, mobile number, and other information during account creation is mandatory. Accounts opened with false or incorrect information may be closed by 1152 at any time. Each individual may operate only one account.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
Multiple accounts under the same person will be canceled and balances may be seized. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited.
Identity verification may be required before withdrawals. 1152 may request national ID or other documents as part of KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested info on time may result in temporary account suspension.
Payment and Transaction Policies
All financial transactions on 1152 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local payment methods such as bKash, Nagad & Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
- Deposits must come only from accounts registered in the user’s name.
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform dashboard and may vary over time.
- 1152 reserves the right to reclaim any funds deposited fraudulently or due to technical errors.
- Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent transactions will be immediately closed and relevant authorities notified.

- Hacking any part of the platform, using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
- Using another user’s account or data without permission is strictly forbidden.
- No strategies or patterns may be used to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Sending viruses, malware, or harmful code to the platform’s system is prohibited.
Liability
1152 strives to maintain the highest service standards but is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, internet outages, or third-party problems. Users bear full responsibility for financial losses from betting and gaming. No winnings are guaranteed by 1152.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Terms Changes
The 1152 platform’s logo, design, content, and software are all intellectual property of 1152. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
If third-party services (e.g. payment gateways) are used on the platform, their own terms apply. 1152 is not responsible for third-party activities, content, or issues.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Laws
Reasons for Account Suspension & Closure
1152 may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts for any of the following reasons:
- Violations of Terms or Fraudulent Activities
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Failure to Submit Account Verification Information
- Bonus Abuse or System Exploitation
- Instructions from Legal or Regulatory Authorities
If an account is closed, the verified balance will be refunded subject to applicable terms. Balances may be forfeited if terms are violated.
Applicable Laws
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction.
